This week, I am getting vulnerable. The way I have been telling my origin story is not going to work for me anymore. I want my truth to be deeper than that one traumatic relationship. I want my story to expand. I often talk about how the stories we tell ourselves can keep us stuck. And that, my friends, is what had been happening to me. 

In this episode, I open up about my moment of stuckness, expand on my journey and explain how I hope to share my story moving forward in order to feel more empowered, confident, and healed.

I want to encourage you to explore the complexity of your story. Maybe what you have been centering isn’t the actual center of your story. I encourage you to gently excavate and look at your past stories. Healing is possible and is in progress.
