I am so excited to welcome Christine Buzan to the show. She is a confidence personal style and posing expert. During this episode, she helps us understand how we can show up in our lives more fully, at any size. We cover a lot of ground including the idea we carry around beliefs about our worthiness and how sometimes these beliefs stop us from showing up as we are right now. We also talk about different ways you can pose for pictures in order to feel amazing and confident.

Christine’s goal is to give women the tools to show up as their most authentic selves in front of the camera and be able to reclaim their life, even if they feel like they aren't in a position where they can. You deserve to be seen as you are, right now, today; my gorgeous friend.

Episode Highlights:

  • Showing up for pictures is about visibility and being seen.

  • How Christine stopped fighting with her body image.

  • The use of the word flattering - does it infer thinness?

  • Fears about body image and body size.

  • You deserve to be seen as you are.

  • Why it is key to include full-body images in your dating profiles.

  • Examining the rules you’ve set for yourself that say you’re worthy.

  • Take messy action AND why you don’t have to do it perfectly in order to do it.
