59. How to own your story and create a different ending
Today I am talking about the stories we tell ourselves and how to move through them. A lot of my work includes figuring out how to lovingly interrogate the stories that we’ve built up about our romantic past and experience. Because honestly, there’s a lot of fear, hurt, and thoughts to unpack/unlearn as the truth.
