83. “It doesn’t take time, it takes alignment.” (here’s how to build it)
As we step closer to the holiday season, I wanted to introduce a mindset shift that could change your dating life. Because chances are, your mind has been filled with thoughts that sound a lot like this:
How could I go another year and I am still not in a relationship?
Or how have I not moved forward in my dating life?
Or, I still feel stuck, what the hell?
Having feelings of frustration because you’re not where you want to be right now is valid. But what I want to remind you is your thoughts influence the result that you create in your life. So, what if you started practicing a new thought which could bring the transformation you desire?
In this episode, I am sharing thought work I’ve been practicing in my life and helping my clients practice in their dating lives too.
