I am pulling back the curtain on the Brazen Breakthrough nine-step framework. This week I am going to walk you through the first tenant of the Brazen Breakthrough, thought work. I explore some ways in which your thoughts are creating your reality about your dating life. And, I share a practice that will help you get back into the driver seat of your thoughts and move forward with self-compassion and self-forgiveness.

I used to be a victim of my thoughts. When I was low, I was really low. As a result of my thoughts, I  labeled myself as insecure and lonely. That is, until I learned the thought work coaching model I walk my clients through today (and share in this episode). This thought work practice changed my life, the way I speak, the way I run my business, and even how I show up as a dating coach.

Thoughts are an emotional interpretation of the world around you.  You, my gorgeous friend, have the power to transform your dating life by looking at those thoughts and choosing ones that are useful and true.

Here’s a breakdown of today’s Brazen Breakthrough-inspired lesson:

  • What thoughts are you having about your dating life?

  • Why we choose thoughts that don't feel good.

  • Practicing self-compassion and self-forgiveness.

  • How to choose thoughts that are useful and true.
